This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home accommodates up to 8 guests and offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

Bedrooms

The home features four generously sized bedrooms with comfortable bedding.

The master suite is positioned in its own private wing, creating a peaceful retreat complete with an ensuite bathroom and private courtyard.

The remaining bedrooms are ideal for families, children or groups of friends travelling together.

There are three bathrooms across the property:

A family bathroom with bath, shower and vanity, plus a separate WC.

A private master ensuite with double vanity, shower and enclosed WC.

A third bathroom located within the detached pool house, featuring a shower, vanity and WC.

Carinya Cove offers the privacy and space of a secluded country-style retreat while remaining conveniently close to Dunsborough.

The centre of town is approximately a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive away, giving guests easy access to cafés, restaurants, shops and local attractions.

Dunsborough's beautiful beaches are also close by, while the wider Margaret River region's wineries, breweries, restaurants, walking trails and attractions can easily be explored from the property.

Linen & Starter Supplies

All household linen is supplied, excluding beach and pool towels.

The property is fully self-catered. As a courtesy, we provide a basic starter supply to help make your arrival easy, including:

These supplies are intended as a starter pack only. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items required during their stay.

Guests have access to the entire main house, attached double garage and outdoor areas, with the exception of one small private storeroom.

Please note that the large rear garage located behind the security gate and the rear block are not available for guest use.

Important Pet Information

Guests bringing pets should be aware that the property is surrounded by native wildlife, which may include rabbits, quenda, possums, bobtails, large skinks and snakes.

Please supervise pets carefully to protect both your animals and the local wildlife.

The rear section of the property is fenced; however, the fencing may not be suitable for every dog. Smaller dogs may potentially fit through sections of the security gate.

The front yard is not fully fenced.

Guests are responsible for reviewing the property photographs and ensuring the fencing and property layout are suitable for their pet before booking.
