Noise Restrictions:
No noise after 9pm on weekdays (Sun–Thurs) and 10pm on weekends (Fri–Sat).
At all times, noise must be kept at a respectful level. Neighbours should not be able to hear music or “rowdy” behaviour from the house.
Guests & Occupancy:
Maximum of 6 people only (including children).
No extra guests, visitors, or gatherings permitted due to local licensing requirements.
Parking:
Maximum of 2 cars (including one undercover space). No additional vehicles are allowed.
Pets are only allowed at approved pet-friendly properties with prior consent from the manager. Conditions apply:
Allowed: Small non-shedding dogs only (with approval).
Not Allowed: Medium–large dogs, cats, rabbits, or birds.
Dogs must be at least 2 years old (no puppies).
Pets must be supervised and never left alone at the property. Local rangers may be called if barking occurs.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets. Additional cleaning fees will apply if required.

My friend and I came down and stayed at 13th tee by the see for some me time (mums night off) and we had a an amazing stay. The location is so close to town and all the main attractions, the home spacious and super well equipped, and the outlook from the backyard looking at the golf course super tranquil and quiet. We would highly recommend a stay here. We had an amazing and relaxing time. We can’t wait to get back town next time possibly with family in tow.
Oh my, what a find, a jewel in the crown! This stunning and spacious three bedroom accommodation is in a great location; a short walk to the local park and the Lakeside Tavern (19th hole!) where they serve delicious, good sized meals. Perfect for the golfers amongst you! A short drive also takes you to the stunning beaches where you can see spectacular sunsets and also Dunsborough town centre where there is everything you need. The home is very close to local wineries in the Margaret River region and what a fantastic experience we had there, with superb wines to be tasted and enjoyed. The accommodation is modern and spotlessly clean, with really good quality, comfortable beds. There’s everything you need, as well as many welcome extras - it really is home from home. It’s such a relaxing place to stay - especially sat on the alfresco, sipping a glass of good wine purchased at the wineries, admiring the peaceful surroundings and kangaroo spotting. We stayed for five days, but that wasn’t enough, so we’ll have to come back! We’ll bring our friends to this special place and dogs are more than welcome here, which is a bonus. We don’t usually like to recommend anything, as everyone has different views, but we will certainly be recommending this lovey place, as we cannot fault it at all. This is a stunning property which looks even better in real life, we felt very blessed to be able to stay here with our small dog who loved sitting and watching the golfers each day. Davinia made the whole process a breeze and was very responsive and helpful.
