The home is nestled between the Ocean and Port Geographe Marina, which are both only meters away. The home has front and rear access which is perfect for pets, leisurely strolls and bike rides around this tranquil and picturesque area.

Out the front is the wonderful Indian Ocean and Geographe Bay, the new sheltered swimming lagoon, parks, children’s adventure playground, public BBQ, gazebos, footpaths, cycle ways and lots more.

Situated within walking distance is the beautiful safe and sheltered swimming beach, The Deck Bar & Restaurant and Sensations Café.

The outdoor area of the home faces the ocean and includes a Weber BBQ, comfortable seating with cushions and room for your pet to roll around and relax. Fully fenced and secure, with a gate providing pedestrian access to Spinnaker Boulevard.

Equipped with a Nespresso Coffee Pod machine, Smart TV with Netflix access and apps (down stairs) and a TV with Google TV , Netflix and apps upstairs. Lots to keep you occupied whilst home including plentiful DVDs, board games, bikes (helmets provided and must be worn) to help explore the area and a two person kayak (with life jackets) are provided.

HOUSE RULES

NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY

-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 6 people allowed.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.

PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.
