Fitted with reverse cycle split air conditions for your comfort, 1 x King bed & 2 x single beds, open plan lounge and dining area, fully equipped smart tidy kitchen and well-appointed bathroom and gas BBQ.

HOUSE RULES

NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY

-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 4 people allowed.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.

PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

Highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend staying here! We have stayed here twice and most recently we spent a week in January (two adults and a five year old). The house is the perfect place to stay. Firstly, location - you are two mins walk from the beach, about 5 mins walk from the Jetty and 10 mins walk from being in the heart of Busso. Secondly the house is great, it has all you need for a homely and comfortable stay. The front patio is amazing and feels like an extra room with beautiful views. Next time we head to Busso, we'll definitely try and book here again.
