Welcome to our modern design two storey town house close to the heart of Busselton. Just meters from the beautiful white sands of Geographe bay, and 5 to 10 minutes walk to the town center and the famous Busselton Jetty.
This is the ideal spot for a relaxing family holiday, or romantic or action packed weekend getaway - the choice really is yours.
Busselton is a friendly community, that is small enough to feel you have escaped the city, and yet large enough that all of your needs are more than catered for. And to top it off Busselton has the most beautiful pristine beaches, which make up Geographe Bay.There is 4WD access to the beach in some areas and small boats can be launched from the beach boat ramps.
Most of the year it is calm, which makes it safe for children. Activities include, fishing, crabbing, snorkeling and sailing. If you're lucky you'll also be able to see the playful dolphins swimming off the shore.
The ground floor consists of a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area, including sliding glass doors which open out to the outdoor alfresco area, artificial lawn and landscaped back yard.
Also on the bottom floor is the master bedroom, which contains a queen size bed, two bedside tables and a large floor to ceiling mirrored robe. The bedroom windows are also floor to ceiling and let in a gorgeous breeze in the evening. The master bedroom also has a adjoining en-suite, and separate toilet for downstairs use. The separate laundry is also downstairs.
Upstairs consists of two bedrooms, the first with a queen size bed, the other containing two king size single bunk beds (so four beds in the one room). Both rooms contain built in robes. There is also an adjoining bathroom with bath, and separate toilet.
All bedrooms are carpeted, and the main living areas are a modern floorboard lookalike (vinyl) surface.
All pets must be pre-approved (no cats or birds allowed).Non shedding approved breeds over 2 years only allowed inside.
Please note a damage deposit of $500 is due when booking and a photo ID

Everything you could need
This is a great little house with everything you could need and more .The kids had a great time and being so close to the Beach we had many fun walks . It was so clean and the communication with the Host was easy and quick .Loved it
One Street back from Beach
Great place one street back from the beach and short walk into town. Would defo use again if in Busselton.
Close to the town centre
The house suited our needs perfectly and was easy to find. Was close to the town centre and was clean and tidy.
Loved the Home
Our family of 5 absolutely loved this home. It was so comfortable, homely and in a perfect location. Our teens thoroughly enjoyed their independence being close enough to be able to ride their bikes down to the jetty to explore. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms... everything was so clean. Everything we needed was there and overall, we felt very at home! Our 3 kids had an absolute ball staying here. They found a draw full of tourist info which kept them entertained for a while 😉. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt, as was arriving at check in time. We will definitely be returning... hopefully very soon. Thank you Davinia!
perfectly located close to town
Davinia's place is absolutely stunning, perfectly located close to town and the beach, with easy access to everything, including walking down to the infamous Busselton Jetty. The house was perfectly, spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the availability of some cooking oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee and other pantry items, as well as laundry powder, dishwashing tablets, and games in the cupboard. Highly recommend Davinia's place for a family or small group getaway. Great communication and beautiful place to stay. Thank you Davinia!
Great location
Lovely clean property, bright and airy in a great location with an oval close by and the town centre not too far away either. Wil be back!
