LAYOUT: All bedrooms and main bathroom are situated up stairs. Second toilet and laundry down stairs. Master bedroom a generous 5x3 with queen bed and large deck. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has two single beds.
Open plan living, dining, kitchen with ocean views. Private shaded courtyard with outside shower. Front grassed garden with outside setting, BBQ and ocean views.

NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 6 people allowed.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

We stayed (4 adults) at the Sea Forever House for 9 nights during October 2022. Great: location (across a road to the beach and flat 600 m walk to supermarket/shops); huge TV with Netflix; well equipped kitchen; washing machine, dryer and clothes line; carport parking and soft beds.
Awesome Place, Would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway, close to town and beach. good for families to relax in a private home.

Fantastic location & accommodation. We enjoyed a lovely long weekend here, spacious townhouse that enable us to explore Dunsborough, Yallingup & Margaret River. Easy walking to town centre. Definitely recommend.
