This brand new home offers plenty of room for families and groups of friends. The first floor offers a TV room for the kids and 3 bedrooms- 2 rooms with a queen bed each and a second room with 2 singles.
The Second floor comprises of a large open plan living and dining area with a beautifully appointed kitchen. Laze around on the large comfortable couch while reading a book or watching TV. Step outside the bi-fold doors onto the balcony and enjoy a BBQ with glimpses of the glorious geographe bay.
The Third storey offers a small balcony ideal for those couples wanting some quiet time.

-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 6 people allowed.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.

Highly Recommend
We were 4 adults staying 3 nights and we were totally satisfied with the quality and value in this property. The peaceful and secluded location, was just a stone's throw from the beach, and town was also just a short stroll away, meaning we didn't need our car, which was safely secured in the garage. The property was very well appointed with all mod cons, excellent fixtures and fittings, modern TV, free wifi, and outdoor heating for BBQ's on the cooler evenings. We also tried out the family Kayaks in the safe and shallow waters of Dunn Bay, which was an extra bonus. We have fond memories of our stay at Serenity by the Sea, we would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

The house was perfect, at the beach and walking distance to shops. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Great Stay
Davinia's place is fantastic, very modern with quality furnishings. The location in central Dunsborough couldn't be better. The house is perfect for families or groups and is very quiet. Davinia always replied to us very promtly and we would definitely stay again.

This house has a perfect location , both to the gentle beach and to the town of Dunsborough. The house is very new and modern, but comfortable and equipped with everything you need to make your stay a very enjoyable one. Highly recommend this property, especially for families.
Beautiful
A beautiful light filled home with modern stylings- we stayed here for a wedding we were attending in Yallingup and had a wonderful stay. The house has everything you need, is perfectly located between the beach and town, and was very very clean and tidy. We will definitely be back!
Brilliant
This was the most brilliant air bnb I’ve stayed in yet. We felt like Kings and Queens staying in this 3-storey “mansion”. We’re so glad to have found it, and would highly recommend anyone to check this place out. It’s on a quiet little street, close to shops and the beach!!!
