-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 8 people allowed.
-Maximum of 3 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

Well Presented
Lovely location and very well presented, greatly enjoyed our stay.
Perfect Getaway
We stayed here as it was perfect for golfing at Busselton and Margaret River. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the lounge, bathrooms and kitchen were excellent. The area was lovely and quiet with a restaurant and bar a short walk away. There was no need to go there with a well equipped kitchen and a wonderful deck to sit on right next to the water. Will probably never book into a hotel again as you can have a home from home with all the comforts for much less than you would pay for a bed in a room. Will be happy to go back and stay again.
Great Deck
Spacious townhouse style accomodation. Great deck overlooking the marina. Dolphins swim past your deck. Fairly well equipped with a few essentials supplied. A good 10 minute drive to Busselton Jetty. Can cab it for $20 approx. A very good restaurant a very short walk away called The Deck.
Very Relaxing
Beautiful and relaxing location. Stayed here while in Busselton for my brothers wedding. A little bit out of town but so peaceful and town centre is only a short drive away. So nice to wake up to water front view!! House is lovely, comfortable and kitchen really well equipped. And Davinia was so lovely and helpful.
Good Location
The view from the house is very nice, the location is good, just walking distance to the beach. The only thing is that there is only one air-con in the house which is in the living room. There is no separate air con in any of the room, which makes the room in the attic very hot. But overall, we enjoyed our stay in the house very much.
Comfortable and Clean
Davinia was very gracious and helpful. The property is comfortable and clean, with all the required facilities. Great view and thanks for the kayaks - it was so much fun!
Awesome House
We love our 2D1N stay at this apartment and it's a pity we are only staying 1 night there. The house is so new, clean, spacious and it has an awesome view overlooking the marina. The rooms were spacious and cozy with really comfortable beds. Davinia was also a great host who was friendly, accommodating and prompt in her responses. Will definitely recommend others to stay in this house when visiting Busselton or Margaret River area!

Beautiful beach house with marina view. The Neighborhood is very quiet. Spacious house & suitable for family vacation.
Wonderful House
Davinia's house is wonderful. It is new, clean, spacious and best of all, it has a fantastic view both at the living room and master bedroom!!! We even spotted a few dolphins swimming right outside the balcony.
