-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 8 people allowed.
-Maximum of 3 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

Lovely home with a smart touch on the Xbox (lots of games to choose from). Check-in and out was really smooth! The doors seem to creak whenever we have to open or close it. Overall a good location to be at if you're looking for somewhere quiet and near the shore!
We had enjoyed our 2D1N stay in Geographe. It's a very cosy house in a beautiful area. It's very convenient for us to join the whale watching trip at the Geographe Port Marina the next day.
The place is fantastic with all the equipment provided. Feels like home. We will like to thank the host for sharing their home with us and we will share with our Friends if they ever wanted to travel to Perth.
Very spacious place in a very nice and quiet neighborhood!
We had a great time in the Port Geographe Marina. We used it as a base to travel around the surrounding area. The small dog "Buddy" had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the beach! If you want a long walk it is possible to walk to Busselton Jetty - we only did that once and drove the rest of the time. Davinia was most helpful - our first choice property from Davinia was unavailable but she offered another one immediately. Davinia also provided some assistance when we first arrived to locate the property and even gave us a canoe to explore the canals. The property itself is modern and targeted at families with the associated heavy use. During our stay, there was some construction directly opposite during the week but we just started our days earlier. Overall, a great location to spend a few days.
The house was absolutely beautiful. It had a gorgeous living space where we were able to relax and spend time together. The kitchen had everything we needed and I had a better night's sleep than I have had in a long time. We had two young kids and a dog who joined us on our stay. They were well catered for and loved playing at the new park and man made lake that is literally across the road. The house is a short drive from Busselton which made us feel like we were far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for when we needed to run into town to get some milk. Davinia was an excellent host. The house was easy to access when we arrived late on Friday night and she even arranged a portacot at our request.
Very nice house, host is very flexible and here if you had any issues. House is very spacious and friendly. 5 min walk from the beach. Ideal house to relax and having good time.
The listing description was very accurate. We had lots communication via email/ airbnb prior to our arrival. It was a very pleasurable stay.
