-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 6 people allowed.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

We loved every minute of our stay. We enjoyed many highlights some of which included eating breakfast on the waterfront balcony, cycling in to town, beach walks and paddling with the dolphins!
We loved our time at Davinia's place. It was a beautiful spot by the marina and was very relaxing. The kids enjoyed using the kayaks and it was wonderful to be able to bring our dogs on holiday.
A lovely unit on the marina, great accommodation
We were travelling with our parents and stayed at Davinias place and had such a beautiful stay. The multiple bathrooms is very convenient along with such a spectacular view to have an evening bbq on the water. The house was clean with entertainment in case the weather wasn’t on side and also the kayaks would have come in handy if we had stayed there longer. Recommended if you want a relaxing quiet location, close drive to the heart of Busselton with a lovely view.
This place is perfect for getaway/ family & friends gathering. We especially enjoy cooking at the place because we have all we needed in the kitchen - when we were thinking to grab some essential like salt and pepper and cooking oil from the shops but all were provided in the well equipped kitchen! The view was amazing, we enjoyed having coffee and breakkie at the balcony in the morning! The boys enjoy fishing while the kids enjoy boardgames and table tennis! Will definitely book this place again with Davinia should we drive by the Southern region again! Thank you very much!!!
Davinia place is divine you will want for naught at this beautiful location the place was new clean and kitchen had everything even down to a coffee press and coffee machine, would recommended for families or groups of friends, check in was easy and fuss free I would love to come stay here again
Davinia's place is stunning, literally right on the waters edge, we made it a morning ritual to have a coffee and watch the fish and crabs from the verandah, we even saw a dolphin! There's a wonderful restaurant and Bar right next door, it isn't super close to any grocery shops by walking distance but by car Busselton is close by and a wonderful town to explore, along with the delights of Margaret River. The house comes equipped with everything you need, Tv's in all rooms, smart TV with Netflix in the lounge, Xbox and games, board games a wonderful array of appliances and utensils in the kitchen for cooking anything or just arranging gorgeous nibbles on platters plus table tennis table, kayaks, bikes and more to use - the perfect place to do everything or nothing!
Davinia's apartment was lovely and the kitchen was amazing. We enjoyed the barbecue facilities, and even cycling and fishing. My family had a great time.
One of the best if not the best Airbnb experience we ever had. Will definitely book this place or any of the other apartments by Davinia again. The equipments and furniture are all quite new and very well maintained. This unit has a million dollar view from the balcony which is accessible from the living room as well as one of the bedrooms. Unfortunately, there was a power outage during our stay there but Davinia and Richard responded promptly which led to the power being restored within an hour or so. Definitely recommended to book their Airbnb units!
