No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 6 people allowed.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.

Great communication and welcoming host. The house is right where it happens, you can walk everywhere but yet it's nice and quiet when you're in the house. It's a great property!
Lovely
What a lovely clean, bright house and the perfect location for the beach and shops of Dunsborough you can just park the car and walk everywhere. The Margaret River wineries etc aren't far away, so all round a perfect place to stay.
Great Family Getaway
Great location and set-up for a family get-away. We enjoyed the quiet but central location, outdoor couch, stand up paddle boards and supply of the "basics" in the pantry. Would definitely stay again in the future. Thanks!

Best place in Dunsborough
This is the best place that we have stayed in Dunsborough. The house is very comfortable and feels like a home away from home. Our kids were very settled and loved the grassy yard. The location is second to none with walking distance to the beach and to the town centre with shops and restaurants at your fingertips. We will definitely be holidaying here again in the future. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Cosy home
Loved our stay! A lovely, comfortable home with a cosy fire! Location was just perfect, walking distance to the town and near the beach. Davinia was really helpful and supplied a cot for our little 5 month old daughter. Highly recommend this lovely house.
