HOUSE RULES

NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY

-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 8 people allowed.
-Maximum of 3 cars allowed to be parked at the property.

PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

Great, modern, clean house with everything one could need for a stay (Wii, PS3, dvd players, table tennis, other games, bbq, lovely outdoor area, the list goes on). Great location in quiet area minutes from beach and town centre (5 min walks). High recommended and we'll be back for sure!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Davinia's place. The location is amazing - 2 minute walk to the beach (which is prefect for the kiddies) and 2 minute walk into town to grab your morning coffee!! House was very comfortable and clean and plenty of space for the family.

Perfect Base

The house was the perfect base for our little family vacation (with 15month old daughter and puppy in tow) and we felt so at home. It was hard to find a house that was both kid-friendly and pet-friendly, that was also clean and comfortable, so Davinia’s home far exceeded our expectations! The location was fantastic -walking distance to the town and beach. Will definitely stay here again.
