No noise after 9pm on weekdays (Sun–Thurs) and 10pm on weekends (Fri–Sat).
At all times, noise must be kept at a respectful level. Neighbours should not be able to hear music or “rowdy” behaviour from the house.
Guests & Occupancy:
Maximum of 6 people only (including children).
No extra guests, visitors, or gatherings permitted due to local licensing requirements.
Parking:
Maximum of 2 cars (including one undercover space). No additional vehicles are allowed.
Pets are only allowed at approved pet-friendly properties with prior consent from the manager. Conditions apply:
Allowed: Small non-shedding dogs only (with approval).
Not Allowed: Medium–large dogs, cats, rabbits, or birds.
Dogs must be at least 2 years old (no puppies).
Pets must be supervised and never left alone at the property. Local rangers may be called if barking occurs.

My family of four enjoyed our two-day stay at Davinia's place. It is spacious, clean and nicely located right across from the beach and town park just as pictured. My wife and I took a long walk along the coastal pedestrian/bike pathway that runs right outside the house and goes forever. Beautiful ocean view. Short walk to places to eat, brews, coffee roaster, visitor center, shops. It is a tourist-centric spot, a bit "generic looking" -- but the town is small, friendly and easy to navigate. We sat on the patio overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean watching a full moon. Thank you, Davinia!
The house was well described and was more than we expected . Location was perfect . Excellent quality items to make it feel homely. Everything provided that you could possibly need . We left some take away menus for the next people for those nights you are too tired to go out.
The place was fantastic. Very clean, complete with everything you could need in terms of kitchen, TV/DVDs and other activities. Comfortable beds, heaps of space for all. Great location, right on the beach and next to shops and the Pour House. Definitely recommend to others and would love to stay here again.

We loved staying at this Beachside Retreat. The finishes to the home were lovely. The location was very handy and the view onto the beach was spectacular!
Great position with this apartment. Newly renovated with double showers and comfy beds. Kitchen was pretty well equipped was the shed with water sport equipment. Would defiantly recommend this place for a long weekend or longer.

Davinia is a brilliant host! We had a plumbing issue (which turned out to be the whole street, not just our place) and Davinia organised a plumber to come out asap! Couldn't have handled the situation any better! Even though the houses plumbing was fine, it was a council issue.
