This property is located in Wannanup and is part of Port Bouvard development known for it peaceful surrounds and comprises of a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with its own grand cinema and private jetty.
The space
The house is newly constructed with a feature brick and tile. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishing and segmented with glass panels that take advantage of the panoramic views of the canal.
Bedding configuration consists of 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds and 2 Bunk beds makes it comfortable sleeping for 10 people.
Cook in a Master Chef's kitchen or use the large outdoor BBQ to entertain family and friends with dinning indoors/outdoors. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views or soak in the sun or get a cinematic feel or play some pool or catch crabs off the jetty or adventure through the canals with the kayaks provided.
Please note a damage deposit of $500 is due when booking

Perfect
Fantastic house with so many luxuries-home theatre, pool table and old style electronic games table. Right on the canal with stunning views and we could moor our boat right out the front to use all weekend.
Good Family
Enjoyed the movie theatre, pool table and space Invader games from the 80's. Comfortable, clean and quite new with a good view over the canal which had incredibly clear water for a canal. Walking distance to the Coast Café and the Dawesville Cut were also reasons for choosing Canal Sunset. Weekend went too fast. We have a Boys (over 50) weekend away every 6 months or so, playing Golf, fishing, eating good food and drinking good wine and beer. Accommodation can range from camping in summer to pretty comfortable holiday rental in the cooler months. Canal Sunset was a good selection for the month of May.
Exceeded expectations
We were very pleased with this property. It was very spacious and well presented easily accommodating 6 adults, 4 children and a dog. The property is open plan with spacious rooms, a great outdoor area which is well protected. Furnishings were very contemporary and functional. Great activity options, arcade game, theatre room with netflix, pool table, crab nets and kayaks. It was a new location for us south of Mandurah but the canal systems equally pleasing. We will return.

The only regret is we didn't stay longer. Everything is so perfect about the house.
Amazing facilities, Excellent quality
We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights stay at Canal Sunset. The house is very spacious and relaxing. Everything needed to fully enjoy the stay is provided (Eg. the theatre room, the pool table, many games provided, and outdoor activities like fishing and kayaking.) The house looks very modish and beautiful, outstanding quality. Everyone of us (8 of us in total) downright enjoyed the stay. We will definitely visit this wonderful place again :)
Fantastic Property
Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Loads of facilities within the property itself, kids loved the theatre room and the arcade game. We went in Winter so didn't access the kayaks but would have done if the weather was a little better. Great fishing spots just down the road along the marina and even off of your own jetty. Even saw dolphins when we went for lunch at Cafe Coast! Highly recommend to anyone.

Beautiful Property
We stayed as an extended family for the weekend in early December. Beautiful home, great facilities, my big kids loved the arcade machine, whilst the grandies loved the canoe and crabbing and pool table, not to mention the fabulous theatre room. Thank you so much, we will be back!
